On April 14th Hugh posted the following call on his Twitter page:

“I will donate 100K to one individual's favorite non profit organization. Of course, you must convince me why by using 140 characters or less.”

He received thousands of suggestions and finally made his difficult decision this morning.

Jackman, who has almost 120,000 people following him on Twitter, called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show Friday morning to announce that he would split the $100,000 between two very worthy charities -- charity: water and Operation Hope.

This is great news for the nearly one billion people who are living without clean drinking water. Congrats to all!
