We would love it if it were common knowledge that bottled water is MUCH less environmentally friendly than its Tap water counterpart. But just in case let us refresh your memory of the outrageous process.

The dozens of major bottled water companies have to use the energy to create plastic bottles, ship the empty bottles to the “water source”, then the companies have to spend the energy to ship the bottled water to stores, and then on top of that consumers have to drive to the store to buy the wasteful bottles of water!

According to many government and industry estimates, about 1/4 of bottled water is essentially bottled tap water anyway. This has to stop!
