Step It Up asked people across America to organize rallies in their communities on November 3 (one year from Election Day, 2008), and demand leadership on global warming. It was an extraordinary day for the growing movement. Hundreds of rallies were executed in all 50 states and over 14,000 invitations were sent to politicians to join in and present their plan to stop global warming.
