Bravo and kudos to the Ginger

Bravo and kudos to the Ginger Ninjas! Since September 11, 2001, my brother and I have been conducting the "Circus Guy Musical Goodwill Ambassador Tour" program throughout the Middle East, powering some of our concerts by the sun and the wind (we built a solar powered stage in Egypt) and teaching environmental workshops in places as diverse as Palestinian refugee camps, Jordanian orphanages and Syrian villages. Now our band members, known as "solar punch" in the U.S., will be traveling to India in January with our foldable solar panels to do the same. We love seeing what the Ginger Ninjas are doing -- they have taken the concept to a whole new level of sustainability! When travelled from my home in the Los Angeles Eco-village to perform in Ecuador with the EcoCaravana I was recharging the solar batteries that ran my whole apartment on cloudy days with my two bicycle generators (putting out about 75 watts each) so I know the challenges and joys they must feel (And I know it is very doable -- by all of us!) It is great to see a group of dedicated people make such an inspiring commitment! Rock on!
