Focus the Nation has partnered with the Brita Climate Ride and gearing up for a bike ride from New York City to DC, where riders will demand green energy, green transportation and Green Jobs Now! The Brita Climate Ride, is a climate conference on wheels, a vehicle for direct engagement between citizens and Congress, and a fundraiser for Focus the Nation and Clean Air-Cool Planet.

Focus the Nation has partnered with the Brita Climate Ride and gearing up for a bike ride from New York City to DC, where riders will demand green energy, green transportation and Green Jobs Now! The Brita Climate Ride, is a climate conference on wheels, a vehicle for direct engagement between citizens and Congress, and a fundraiser for Focus the Nation and Clean Air-Cool Planet. 

If you're in the DC area, then join them from 2-3 pm September 24th at the Upper Senate Lawn to celebrate the completion of the ride and demand green energy. If you aren't, you can still let your representatives know how you feel about the energy bill waiting for passage in Congress and the Green Jobs Act of 2007 still waiting for funding. Everyone can keep pedaling together to accelerate the shift to a more just and prosperous clean energy future for America and the world!
