Telecommunications giant AT&T announced that they will begin switching 8,000 of the company vehicles to compressed natural gas over the next five years.

This eco-friendly switch is only one part of the company’s extensive plan to spend $565 million in the next decade on alternative-fuel vehicles.

Clearly, AT&T understands the environmental need and sees the major benefits to making this necessary switch!

In addition, the company plans to send out over 15,000 alternative-fuel vehicles by 2019.
