The United States has contributed significantly to global warming and in recent years has done very little to stop it. Now it's your chance to demand that the next U.S. president commits to rising to the challenge of the climate crisis.

The first test will be the UN Climate Change Conference this December in Poland. If the next president goes and makes a strong statement about the U.S. rising to the challenge of the climate crisis, it could dramatically alter the course of the negotiations. But John McCain and Barack Obama will only go if they're invited.

350.org invite mccain obama to poland for international climate conference

That's where we can make a difference. Our friends at 350.org launched a new campaign today about inviting the winner of the November 4 U.S. presidential election to go to the international climate conference in Poland in December and get the U.S. back in the climate change game.

Please visit www.350.org/invite to send your personal invitation to McCain and Obama today.
