ADAPT, formerly the Spastics Society of India, was set up in 1972 by Dr. Mithu Alur. From a special school started with three children it has grown to provide services to more than 3000 children and 10,000 families annually. Services include assessment, treatment, inclusive education, continuum of support services for inclusion, counseling, skills training and job placement.
Manju Seal is a 2008 recipient of the prestigious American Marshall Fellowship award that selects roughly 50 individuals from across United States each year (www.gmfus.org). She has over eleven years of investment experience with an emphasis in structured finance, risk management and quantitative methods. She is a VP alumna from Goldman Sachs, New York.
