UNEP: Rich Countries Should Slash Emission, Improve Focus on Clean Water

The UNEP says rich countries should spend their efforts to slash their use of fossil fuels to avert carbon emissions (including rapidly growing countries such as China, India and Brazil); while poorer nations should focus on expanding access to clean water and improving sanitation for the poor.
